Distra attended Cards and Payments Middle East, hosted by Terrapin in Abu Dhabi on 17-18th May. Distra was a guest and stand partner for Payfair, along with fellow stand partner Cardmint.
Delegates flew in from around the world, mainly from the Middle East and Africa. The conference was well attended by those in the payments market.
The event gave Distra the opportunity to update delegates about Distra’s Universal Payments Platform and our developments with Payfair.
Payfair was the first Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) compliant payment card for European consumers, merchants and banks. Payfair went live on the Distra Universal Payments Platform in November 2009 and combines tier one performance and availability with enterprise level security.
Overall the event generated positive feedback.
